Tenderfoot James McKay (Gregory Peck) instantly strikes poison meeting up with ranch hand Steve Leech (Charlton Heston). A big country - two big actors - so sparks are going to fly!

"Call of the Wild" (1972)

Chuck plays top dog in this brutal version of Jack London's fabled novel of the frozen tundra.

"The Last Hard Men" (1976)

A Western tale of revenge, with two of Hollywood's toughest - Heston and Coburn - squaring off against one another.

"Mother Lode" (1982)

A bad chance for a couple of youngsters whose plane crashes and whom Fate propels towards crazy McGee (Charlton Heston)...who is nutty about protecting his gold!

"Chiefs" (1983 - TV)

This acclaimed mini-series is about a serial murderer in a small southern town and the police chiefs who try to smoke him out. The cast was headed by Charlton Heston, among whose co-stars were Wayne Rogers, Paul Sorvino, Tess Harper, and Keith Carradine.
